I'm Sam Bergstein (she/her), and I'm a professional weirdo who loves helping therapists embrace their own unique magic. Officially, I'm an LISW-S (OH), LCSW (CA), an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant, and a registered expressive arts therapist. Unofficially, I'm a collector of plants, a believer in the power of a good spreadsheet, and a therapist who has spent her career working with the beautiful complexity of neurodivergence, trauma, and identity.

The Guided Studio was born out of my own necessity. I was tired of clinical tools that felt sterile and one-size-fits-all. My brain—and my clients' brains—didn't work that way. I started creating my own visual, dynamic, and parts-work-informed resources to navigate the messy, beautiful reality of healing. It turned out other therapists needed them, too. My mission is to create the resources that help you stop second-guessing and start trusting your clinical intuition. Because when you feel confident and aligned, you can facilitate incredible change.
